CallForge Terms of Service
Effective July 21, 2026 · CallForge is a service of Forge Alliance LLC, Jacksonville, Florida
The service
CallForge provides a dedicated local phone number and automated text-message handling of missed calls for your business: when a forwarded call goes unanswered, CallForge texts the caller back, gathers their need, and alerts you. You configure it by forwarding your business line's missed calls to your CallForge number.
Pricing & trial
- $79 per month, flat. No contract, no setup fee.
- Your first 14 days are free; your card (handled by Stripe) is first charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Fair use: up to 1,500 automated caller-facing texts per calendar month. Alerts to you about your own calls are never capped. If a month's caller volume would pass the cap, automated texting pauses for the remainder of the month rather than billing you more.
Carrier registration
US carriers require business-texting registration (A2P 10DLC). CallForge is completing this registration now; automated texting for new numbers is expected live in early August 2026. Your number, dashboard, and missed-call detection work from day one; texting — including our alerts to you — begins when registration clears. If your number can't text before your free trial ends, cancel and pay nothing — or contact us and we'll make it right.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime: use the callback form on the demo page (or reply to any CallForge text) and say "cancel" — we confirm within one business day. Cancellation stops all future charges, and if any charge lands after you asked to cancel, we refund it. Your CallForge number is released when your subscription ends. We retain your lead and conversation history and will provide a copy on request.
Text-messaging terms
Callers to your business receive texts only after calling your line. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Any recipient can reply STOP to opt out permanently or HELP for help — opt-outs are enforced automatically and kept permanently.
You agree to use CallForge only for lawful business communication with people who have contacted your business, and not for marketing blasts, and to comply with applicable law (including the TCPA) in your use of the service.
Plain-language disclaimers
CallForge depends on phone carriers, Twilio, and Stripe; we work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every text is delivered. The service is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits from a missed lead.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by Florida law. If they change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use the service after a change accepts it. Questions: use the callback form on the demo page.
