CallForge Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026 · CallForge is a service of Forge Alliance LLC, Jacksonville, Florida
What CallForge does
CallForge answers a business's missed calls by text message. When someone calls a subscribing business and the call isn't answered, CallForge sends that caller a text on the business's behalf, collects what the caller needs, and alerts the business owner.
What we collect
- From subscribing businesses: business name, owner name, phone numbers, and trade, provided at signup. Payment cards are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
- From callers to a subscribing business: the caller's phone number, call time, and the content of text messages exchanged with the service, so the business can return the call and keep a record of the conversation.
- From website visitors: basic page-view logs (page requested, browser type). No advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, no precise location.
How we use it
Only to run the service: delivering text-backs, alerting the business owner about their own calls, billing subscriptions, and keeping the service reliable. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging & consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Callers receive texts from CallForge only after placing a call to a business that uses the service. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any CallForge text to opt out permanently — the service will not text that number again for that business. Reply HELP for help at any time.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to operate: Twilio (telephony and text delivery) and Stripe (payments), each receiving only what their role requires. We disclose information beyond that only if the law compels it.
Retention & security
Conversation records are kept so the business owns its lead history; a business can ask us to delete its data, including caller records, at any time. Opt-out (STOP) records are kept permanently so an opt-out is never forgotten. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems.
Contact & changes
Questions or requests: use the callback form on the demo page and we'll respond. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
